Yesterday afternoon, the shower door and mirror guys came to install shower doors and mirrors in the bathrooms. I have to say, I was disappointed with the service. Besides for them not listening to my wife’s requests and chipping a mirror, see the picture below - it gets worse.

One of the installers come down and ask to speak to me. I say, “how is it going”. He taps on his note pad and says, “its time you pay”. I ask him, “are you done?” He said “no.” So I said, “why should I pay?” I add, “I already gave a 50% deposit three weeks ago.” He said, “Well, most of it is done.” I replied, “I am not paying until it is all done.”
